Presence

– Self: He pays attention to his own life, not to autopilot or distraction.
– Family: He gives the people who depend on him his undivided attention.
– Community: He gives his time and attention to other men without needing credit.

Integrity

– Self: His private actions match his stated principles.
– Family: His word is trusted by the people who depend on him.
– Community: He is the same man in every room.

Respect

– Self: He respects his body, his time, his word to himself, and what he doesn’t yet know.
– Family: He honors the dignity of everyone who depends on him.
– Community: He participates and builds with the ability to disagree without contempt.

Excellence
